1. The candidate should complete the Programme Enrolment Form and return it to INSTITUTE OF CAPITAL
    MARKETS by submitting the form and other required documents in a sealed envelope and clearly marked
    with "INSTITUTE OF CAPITAL MARKETS" and also mention ICM Account # 28130. ONLY at selected
    OCS Centres in Pakistan. To find out the OCS Centre nearest to you, please click here.

2. Upon submission, the OCS representative will provide the candidate with a receipt/ acknowledgement of
    the submitted envelope without charging any courier fee. For the convenience of candidates, ICM will pay
    shipment and handling costs of all Forms/ documents sent to the Institute through OCS.

3. Upon receipt of completed Programme Enrolment Form along with the necessary attachments, ICM will
    register the candidate by assigning an Enrolment ID for that specific programme.

4. The candidate will be notified of his/ her Programme Enrolment ID through a confirmation letter and/ or
    an email from ICM.

5. The ICM Study Guides and material will be sent to the enrolled candidates at their email addresses
    indicated in the Programme Enrolment Forms. Candidates are advised to clearly mention their email
    addresses so as to avoid any inconvenience.

6. After Enrolment, candidates can prepare and appear in the relevant examination at anytime when the
    examination is announced to be held, by submitting the completed Examination Registration Form
    available at ICM’s website along with the required attachments. ICM examinations will be held once
    every quarter.

7. Upon successful passing of the examination, candidates will be awarded with relevant certification.

8. Candidates will, however, be expected to update/ refresh on a continuing basis the knowledge/ skills.

9. In case of candidates being unsuccessful in the relevant examination, they are required only to resend
    the Examination Registration Form and other required attachments by clearly mentioning their Program
    Enrolment ID. The ICM Programme Enrolment Form is not required to be resent.
